Impact Expansion is an independent Fund Manager sponsored by KOIS whose purpose is to provide development capital to SMEs in Western Europe with a strong social and environmental impact. Skilling & Inclusion, Health & Well-being and Climate & Nature are our three themes of focus where we know huge opportunities exist for proven impact solutions. We aim to contribute to SDGs 3, 4, 7, 8, 10 and 13, and to scale business models to a level where they can have a systemic effect. Impact Expansion has been certified Article 9 under the EU SFDR.
Impact Expansion takes minority and majority ownership positions through €5 to €30 million equity investments. The team’s leading expertise in impact combined with strong private equity discipline aims at generating superior impact and tier-one financial returns.
Impact Expansion is a combined initiative of KOIS (the Sponsor) and two partners from Milestone Investisseurs, two strong investment houses with similar ethos and complementary skills.
