Karen has almost 15 years of M&A and broader corporate finance experience. Before joining Impact Expansion, she worked as M&A Director at Ernst & Young. Prior, she worked at ING as Director Acquisition & Leveraged Finance and as Vice President Capital Structuring & Advisory.

Ladislas has almost 15 years experience in Finance. Before joining Impact Expansion, he worked at KOIS where he built deep knowledge in impact investing in the Employment & Skills and Healthcare sectors.
Prior, he was Senior Manager at General Electric. He is a graduate of Paris Dauphine and the London School of Economics

Elvire advised several impact investors building their portfolio and having acted as IR/ESG. She worked five years at Aqua Capital, an Impact oriented private equity fund and was Managing Director at Pavilion Alternatives Group for 17 years.

Emmanuel has experience in private equity and corporate finance, primarily in healthcare. Previously, he was CFO at Milestone Investisseurs and CFO of Ares Life Sciences. Additionally, he spent 12 years in the corporate finance departments of large industrial groups.

Maxence previously worked for 3 years at PwC France within the Transaction Services, Valuation, and M&A departments. He also gained experience at Allianz Investment Management. He holds a master degree in Finance from EM Lyon Business School.

Marthe gained experience at M80 Partners and Inpulse, an impact driven fund manager. She holds a Master in Business Administration (Finance & Risk) from Ghent University and an Advanced Master in Financial Markets from Solvay Business School.

Yanis gained experience at the Statistics Directorate of the Bank of Algeria and in Auditing at NSO. He holds a Master in Money, Banking, Finance, and Insurance from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Master in Finance from EDHEC Business School.
